Obtaining Investments and Financing

Finding money to support your business doesn't have to be as hard as you think. There are lots of different ways you can raise funds from using your savings and financial help from family and friends, getting suppliers give you credits and getting small business loans.
There are three basic ways you can get more money for your business.

Using personal savings to reinvest in the company

Suppliers can give you credit to buy supplies, inventory and equipment

Assistance from Public or private lenders

Credit from suppliers can be used to buy materials and equipment

If you're just starting your business, you won't have profits to reinvest in your business. You probably won't have much in personal savings. It's also unlikely that you'll be able to get funding from lenders and investors. That means you're very limited in terms of resources: you'll get cash from anyone who will lend it to you and supplies and equipment from vendors who want to make a sale. There are several ways you can borrow money, perhaps against your home, against insurance policies, from friends and family, from credit cards and from Microlenders.

Vendors will do all they can to help you buy their products. As a start-up, you may be able to get vendors agree and give you 30-60 days to pay for your products or supplies. There are many businesses that will lease you equipment for a monthly fee. This is a great way for a small business owner to get needed equipment without having to pay the total cost up front. This shouldn't be a problem if you're looking for equipment that costs less than $150,000.

Equipment for an Internet Cafe may be very different depending on your required specification, but basically you will need computers with network cards, computer desks, hub or switch for your network and a good connection to the Internet.

For basic Internet and Office usage you will need at least one Floppy Drive, CD-ROM Drive, Scanner and Black & White or Colour Printer.

Gaming Cafe requires the latest type of computers' configurations, very good graphic cards which can satisfy the needs of new games, at least 17 inches monitors, although 19 inches is recommended, headphones with microphones.

The price of these computers is much higher because they are usually computers with the latest technology.
